Summary/Purpose:
The purpose of the Warehouse/Inside Sales position is to support efficient warehouse operations and inventory accuracy to satisfy business operational needs and to support sales functions as well as maintain and grow customer relationships.

Duties:

• Enter transfers, RGA’s, technician and sales personnel needs. Email transfers and receiving to dispatch daily.
• Complete/enter all receipts and labeling of product. Stock warehouse shelves to maintain part number order and FIFO daily. Ensure paperwork is filed accurately.
• Ensure pulling/staging, shipping, and receiving is completed timely and accurately.
• Perform warehouse inventory cycle counts and determine reasons for variances (with support of Inventory Controller).
• Assist Service Technicians with truck inventory counts and variance analysis (with support of Inventory Controller).
• Maintain overall appearance/organization/cleanliness of warehouse as well as all facility grounds.
• Communicate with Service Dispatchers regarding service calls, service technicians and warranty issues daily.
• Place purchase orders timely and accurately to meet stock, technician and customers’ demands.

Secondary

• Enter Quotes and Sales Orders based upon customer needs (i.e., simple hoses/nozzles to ground up).
• Respond to walk-in customers, phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Enter quotes and sales orders based upon walk in/call in customer needs

Goals:

• To support correct/accurate warehouse inventory levels (variance <1.5%) by following company procedures.
• Maintaining overall appearance/organization/cleanliness of warehouse as well as all grounds of facility.
• Support Inventory Manager in all warehouse operations – shipping, receiving, transfers, adjustments, sales orders, and technician needs.
• To support sales growth by creating quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders timely and accurately to meet customers’ demands.
• To promote sales by providing excellent customer service for call in or walk in customers.
• To be knowledgeable of products.
